SERVICE INCLUSIONS

Monthly fee includes a private suite for one person, all utilities (except telephone, cable TV & internet), daily evening meal, 3 continental breakfasts per week, bi-weekly linen and towel service, bi-weekly housekeeping service, scheduled transportation, and 24 hour security monitoring system.

A LA CARTE SERVICE CHOICES INCLUDE:

• Second person charge
• Daily lunches/brunches
• Outdoor or underground parking
• Internet Service
• Full service cable TV

We are able to offer a wide range of optional personal services including safety pendants, personal laundry, daily housekeeping and bed making. Other health care services are easily arranged and provided through various health care providers.

We offer an extensive array of recreational amenities and programs at no additional charge. We employ a Fun Force Director to ensure that each resident is cordially welcomed into their new environment and encouraged to become involved in activities and events which will contribute to the resident’s enjoyment and enrichment of life.
